Rates Vary depending on number or people staying at the rental.

  -1 Bedroom (2 Adults) $100

  -2 Bedroom (4 Adults) $120

  -3 Bedroom (6 Adults) $140

 Additonal cost for extra people            (Sports teams ect.)

   If only requring the use of 1         bedroom still get complete      privacy of whole house, Other   bedrooms will not be rented to               other individuals.

Extra $15 for per stay if bringing                    a pet.
